Privacy is the whole point of Wegenty: sovereign by default, human by design. This notice describes how we handle personal data on this website under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (DSGVO/GDPR). It is a draft — values marked like this are placeholders to be completed before production.
1. Controller

2. Our principles
data minimisation: we collect only what we need to answer you and run the site. We do not sell your personal data, and we do not share it with third parties for advertising. Data you send through the contact form goes only to us, to handle your request.
3. Hosting & server logs
This site is hosted by Hosting provider, location. When you visit, the server automatically records technical data such as IP address, browser type, referring page and time of access. This is necessary to deliver the site securely and to defend against attacks (Art. 6 (1) (f) DSGVO — legitimate interest). A data processing agreement (AVV) under Art. 28 DSGVO is in place with the provider.
4. Contact form & email
If you contact us via the form or by email, we process the details you provide — for example name, email, company, message — solely to respond to your request and any follow-up (Art. 6 (1) (b) and (f) DSGVO). This data is not forwarded to third parties beyond any processors strictly needed to operate the form, and is deleted once the request is settled and no retention obligation applies.
5. Cookies & analytics
We aim to run this site with as few cookies as possible. We use only what is technically required to deliver the pages. Describe any analytics or consent banner here, or state none is used. Any non-essential processing will be based on your consent (Art. 6 (1) (a) DSGVO), which you can withdraw at any time.
6. Retention
We keep personal data only as long as needed for the purpose it was collected, or as long as statutory retention periods require (e.g. commercial and tax law). After that, the data is deleted or anonymised.
7. Your rights under the DSGVO
You have the right to access (Art. 15), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20) and to object to processing (Art. 21). Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw it at any time with effect for the future. To exercise any of these rights, email [email protected].
8. Right to lodge a complaint
You have the right to complain to a supervisory authority. The competent authority for us is responsible state data protection authority.
